Barry - I forget who told me about this website, but it does those calculations:

I agree with Ken. I would jet up a number or 2 and give it a ride. The fuel I have right now tests at around 88-90% and I ran it with my current setup and only took me up .01 lambda. To be safe jet up 2 numbers and see what your O2 shows or just use teh website and mix down.

How is it mixed?? Is it delivered in bulk and then the driver adds gas to the amount of what he drops to make the 85%??? Or is it mixed at the refinery???
Using the calculator Mark posted I just need to add 1.5 gallons to the 31 gallons I got and it comes out to 87%......So if that is correct it really don't take much to dilute it..

Aj is it going to be just as constant with the E90?? I know it's only 5% difference..More Corn oil in this delivery I guess :-

Looks like 164 jet is where it wants to be and the next jet size (Holley jet) is 168.. I think Burce was telling me that BLP makes in between sizes.

Oh and by the way it went up 15 cents from just 2 weeks ago..$3.29 a gallon.. #-o

I thought you were @ .156 and were going to back to .160 on E85? I'd try .164 with the E90 and see how the AFRs compare with what you did last week.

:- ......I think you need to be my "Crew Chief" Ken!!!!! Your right,,,need to be at 160.......So with that 164 will be good for the E90 then...What I may just do is, and need some input on this is should I just put the 31 gallons I just got and mix it with the 8 gallons of E85 I had and test that and mix from there?? To try and get it back to the E85???
Yea sounds like a PIA but willing to try that..

Personally, and this is just MHO looking in from the outside, I'm with AJ as I don't think that 5% will amount to much at the end of the day, especially if you're going to the larger .160 jets. You can probably run those .160s with both and not see any major difference in performance or consistency judging from what it did last week with the .156s in it. :-k

Yes, BLP can make you any size you wish. I think I bought every .003 from the 110's to the 150's last winter just to be sure I had what I needed. I also love their R series jets for the rear with the extension machined in as part of the jet. They aren't cheap at nearly $15 for a set of 4, but the quality is unbelievable.

They make them in .001 increments up to .176 in a gas jet, methanol jets in .001 increments as well.
