Bruce/Mark, Last scale on the log I posted is the O2 but it's on a Millevolt SP? scale as that was supposed to be Lambda scale according to Computech ...Even though you can see it goes rich at the hit and just before as it's has to much acc pump...I think I need smaller cams as I did replace them with the one's that are on my 1150 that I ground down and it looked better that the first log... Anyway what do you think??? Ank me what ever your thinking and I will look at the log and see if I can answer you...Thanks

I'd try switching the metering blocks back to front if that's possible to see if it follows the block. If I'm reading that graph correctly, it's much cooler @ part throttle and early in the run but comes closer to the rest down track? Oh, and how much difference is there temp wise at the beginning of the graph and at what RPM?

Good Idea Ken as they are the same block... Bruce at the hit here are the EGT's leaving at 5000rpm ish. I can't read cyd's 7/8 as when I shrunk the screen it removed them anyway.. 1-527?? 2-667?? 3-957 4-1004 5-917 6-902 7-? 8-? I will get 7/8 when I get home but there in line with the others

If metering block swap nets the same results, ie, 1 & 2 still cool, then I'd try zip ties in the boosters pointed @ 180* from 1 & 2 to see if that will pull fuel away from them. If it does, then you can drop the jet a few numbers to try to balance it. Not sure why those corners are phat though as the corners are more often lean instead.

I'm with Ken on this one. I'm not sure why 1 & 2 are fat. Those usually run lean.
I can't read the snap shot of the log at all. I tried saving it as a jpeg then blowing it up and still couldn't read it.

I would try staggering the jets, take the front down .002 and add it to the rear, see if that helps it. And I agree it is odd if the front is fat...

Bruce, If you hold the CTRL key down and then hit the += key a few times it will blow your screen up... If not what do you want me to tell you???

The problem Bruce has is the same problem that I have. He has an Innovate logger!

My point was tell me what you want to see and I can do it from here..
Mark are you ok with the way it's going?? Should I try something different besides the jet change in the front??

What I can see it's looking good. Just juggle the jetting for best performance.

I was talking to a friend about this today and showed him this post and he had a suggestion or two. 1.) How do we know that 1 & 2 are phat? It is possible for temps to be down when it's lean also so how about putting zip ties in to make it richer just to see if it gets cooler?? 2.) if those cylinders start out the run cooler than the others, then they will STAY cooler all the way down track! Been there, done that also. Do we have anything else to tell us that those two cylinders are phat? I mean we're all talking about the EGT and if memory serves, Shrinker doesn't think too much of using only ONE feedback item to justify changes?? So do we have an O2 bung in either of those cylinders to give us some additional data??
