Here's the pump cam that was on my 1150 that gave me a clean and lean leave..Have to say thanks to Bill S. with this idea and help it made a big difference..So I am going to try the stock yellow cam with the E85 and see how it does and swap them out with the modified ones.. If that don't work or even if it does I drilled for a bleed in the pump shot and have 2 of each .010,.015 and .020 bleeds to try.. What do you guys think?? I can tell it's not to clean on the hit with the E85 so I am going to try to clean it up but not until I get the MJ close as I think Im still rich with thw 176 jet... Hope to see this Sunday ..

E85 needs more accelerator pump shot than gas, you may be able to grind a little off but it just depends on the engine.

The cam is filed to give less fuel, right? Could the 4150 cams be bored to the 4500 shaft size in order to so the same thing?

The white Dominator cams are just that, I just need to make a fixture to hold the cam so the mill doesn't yank it out.

You guys are lucky that you have good T slots. I have to use a ton of pump shot to get the stumble out because of over exposed T slots. I'm at a .044 nozzle.

I'm going to try to bore the cam hole with a 4 flute, 1/2 inch end mill and hope the little 4-40 screws hold the cam secure enough. Would you advise spinning the mill at a high or low speed. I'm thinking the faster the better. Mine is a move the belt deal, so I'm limited to certain speeds.

Faster with slow feed works better with plastic, less tendency to grab. Not so fast that it wants to melt obviously.

This was really easy. I just have to round up some cams and do some testing. I'm willing to do some for you guys if you want. PM me and I'll give you an address.
