Lets see what can do to make it not as slow. I have tons to learn and getting into drag racing. I tend to like to know technical details so throw them in often.
Before I post pics, lets see if everyone can guess what it is. I will give a few hints and after a someone gets it right, I will post pics.
First round of hints are:
Red and Mopar.

I swear the car has a solid 10.7 in it. Forsure the nut behind the wheel of my bucket needs a few adjustments. Lol (that would be me) :D Any other tries? Few more hints. That's crazy. Speed the same in the 1/8th but ET very different. ET the same in the 1/4 but 10 mph different. Disturbed wrote: WR169 wrote: Thanks! My 1/8mi mph looks like yours 101mph. That's because my car is faster with a much slower driver. Your car is slower with a better driver. Even If my 60' drops to a 1.1, I doubt I would see a 9.99 pass....I need more power and less weight.

J_6961 wrote: gearhead1011 wrote: Would almost have to be a Viper. I think so, or did the Crossfire ever come with it? Yep, it's a 2001 Viper. I knew as soon as I put the engine specs in the other thread someone would get it right away. It's the only Mopar, IRS, 6sp, fuel injected....with a V10. Without knowing the engine, someone would guess stealth. lol As for mods, it's got a ton...just not too crazy with the engine. It does have a off-set ground stock crank and it's been bored .060 giving it 510ci (up from 488). 9:1 cr, Ported heads, 1.7 roller rockers, stock cam, headers, short side exhaust, ported stock intake mani 70mm TB, March UDP set and that's about it. Still runs on the factory untuned ECU, fuel system, stock trans But as you can see they don't flow much (305cfm intake, 200exh), I aways say it's a wonder the cars make as much power as they do. As far as the rest of the car goes....it's gutted to the bone as it was raced in VRL (that's why it's got the odd engine build) But I'm returning her to a "factory look" but hope to keep it as light as possible. Her weight(calculated based on mph) with everything I've added so far has her about 3175lbs. If someone wants to host pics for me, let me know. I don't have a photo bucket account.
