Hello
The fiberglass floor is legal for this motor and tranny. With the blower motor and the speeds it may get, can cause some problems
The seats are mounted to the frame, no the floor. I have some aluminum from my race car( 20 yrs ago) that I putting on top of the fiberglass in the foot area, both sides

The firewall, I am not sure on how much of a problem it may become
Being a street car may allow a bigger variance for me, than if it is a race only car. I think I will need a proper bulkhead from the inner compt to the rear fuel tank. That won't be hard to do, the firewall would be harder
Once it goes under 8.90's I will have to address more of this, but that won't be for a little while yet
As it is now, I should be OK, but I already had planned on the aliminum on the front floor pans, overtop of the fiberglass
thanks again
Tom
