Yep, they're coated. That is Jet-Hot's 1700 degree coating so it's not as silvery. Looks better in person except for...

Look at the tube for cylinder #3, more specifically at where they start to merge, notice anything?

My guess is that it blistered and Rudy in the back shop just brushed some new powder on. And what's even more odd you can see two distinct layers. I always thought they sprayed only one so maybe this was their second attempt.
Either way I sent them a reasonbly polite e-mail with pics asking to explain to me what the hell happened and how they would let work like that out the door. I also called American Express and filed a "unsatisfactory workanship" claim of which I let Jet Hot know as well.
Amex will force them to give me the money back. I'm more curious to hear what Jet Hot has to say. If they don't tell me what I want to hear then I'll obviously start an advertising campaign on their behalf, if you know what I mean.
