I am trying to come up with a plug to use in my car   right now it has a 9 heat rating and they look like there fouled out by fuel, I had trouble with my car  when i ran it down the track  after shifting into high gear it  acted up like it was loaded up or not enough fuel, anyways i pulled these plugs and they are wet and black way up the threads even, I was told to run a hotter plug do you guys think this will help if so what plug   thx to all

What kind of heads do you run, type of fuel used, and compresion????
Most of the cyl head manuf. will know what works best with your fuel & compression.
Carb, or injection?
