Yeah, I thought I'd found a vendor for these until I tried to order them?  Stay away from Route 66 Supply in Hollister, Ca!

So, now I'm still in the market for some weather proof cable connectors to do the install of my data logger with.  Anyone have any infor on a good sourse for these?

What exactly are you looking for? To hook up what on the logger? Do you have a pic/link of another connector that would work?

Yeah Rick, here is the link to that no good vendor.

http://www.route66supply.com/store/page2.html

Need a 4 conductor to work with the hall effect sensor and the three pressure transducers.  18-4 shielded cable is what I'm going to use.  I really like the looks of the ones on that site.  Just that I've had problems with them and now find out that they don't even have a phone number listed.  Got a bad rap on the internet also!

hi Ken
as Barry has posted they look to be a great connector but if your haveing trouble finding them have a look for Weatherpac connectors

i belive they are just as good & seem a little easier to find, i know there is several sellers on Fleabay that stock the Weatherpac & you canbut them in kits

regards
rod

Thanks guys.

Stroker, that guy had what I needed at the price I wanted to pay.  Got 4 complete connectors for less than $33 and, Barry, he is up in your neck of the woods, or maybe near Tony!  Cape May Court House, NJ.  Talked to him on the phone and seems like good ppl!

Got 4 of the WP-4 kits from him. ;-)  :-$

Didn't see ANY water tite connectors on his site?  Nor does he have multiple pin cable connectors.  Electronic stuff is different from electrical stuff.  It's like the same thing only different! O:)  ;-)

those connectors you are looking at are duetsh connectors, we use them on the outboards. i can get you all you need but you do need a special tool to crimp the ends. do you have that tool?

here is a link to electrical system page for an evinrude 225 with connectors.

Edited:  Link ran off the page and screwed up the thread.  Removed the link.  Sorry.
