What is the consensus on what size of brass screws, plugs blanks that a conversion will most likely need? 3/16 or 1/4" long???? I would rather not have to grind off material if possible, but I want to use the best size or more correct size per hole plugged. So, which is it or is it a combination of sizes needed for a 2 circuit conversion?

Back to the Superbowl... =;

3/16 for most. I use 6-32 x 1/8 for idle feeds.

Hey John,
there is a guy on ebay that has 6-32 bleeds, any size you want. I used him, because Mcmaster Carr wouldn't ship to Australia.
I ordered them pre drilled, smaller than what I wanted, then opened them up as required.

That guy also has the jet extensions that Jmark preferred to use.
