I was just wondering what kind of Carburetor's are these. They are cut in half and he's using four of them. Sorry, Maybe it's just new to me.

Those are what is known as "split Dominators" ie, dominator carbs that have been cut in half then setup staggered so that the exit of the throttle bore is closer to the center of each intake runner.

They were done like that a long time ago and possibly still are but I'd bet that you can buy special castings now to do that without having to cut up the carbs as before.

Braswell has castings now, BLP can do billet.

There is some on ebay here in OZ. Expensive though.

I have a Quadrajet Abortion that someone gave me. It's made buy Rochester and it's cut in half also.

Do you think some one would like to stagger four of those over the cylinders and put in some High performance Metering rods?
