I bought A new Pressure gauge and I was right the other one was screwed up, reads 7 1/2 Psi Idling. Going to drive it to work friday just to see how it runs with a higher float setting and what that will do to my cruise AFR.

So I pulled the front power valve out today and plugged it and installed 94 jets in front also, and took out the 21.5 rear MAB's and matched them with the front 24's. I will try that this sunday, weather isn't going to be near as good as it was this past sunday, but it will give me a good idea what it like's . I also drilled out 4 more air bleeds to 26 to try just incase these 94's are too rich. This is the update from sunday.

All new bests Sunday Had great air, and I Am still trying to see what this car likes for shift points etc, and by the end of the day car ran, 10.60 on the brakes at 1100 ft mark, was a 10.56 Pass according to what the car runs at the eighth using my 1.575 for the calculation for 1/8th mile. Ran 6.71 to the eighth at 102.11. 60 ft on that run was 1.49. Lifted and carried the wheels nicely! Car does not like timing only 27-28 total!! Still only shifting at 6000 too. Jetting appears to be a tad lean yet cause in the morning air was under sea level and couldn't run much past low to mid 60's, at 125.67 but as the day went on and air got worse even tho it was great it started to pick up even more. All runs were aver 125 mph, and the best was 126.67!! I totally believe there is a high 10.40 in it yet, The meter showed it was low 12's for AFR , But is about 12.8 in the middle and kinda spikes on each shift change. This was with my original jetting 86/94 and no air filter. It was a completely different car compared to two weeks ago in very similair air. The graph below is from one of the later runs for you to look at.

Are you only logging O2's??
I would like to see a RPM graph with that O2 as if the trans does not shift right if will spike the O2..

94 jet still sounds like a lot of jet for that size engine :-k

Barry, Just the O2 I do have a rpm convertor that came with my LM1 when i bought it but i have never hooked it up yet. Yes I agree with the 94 jet, thats why i am trying it square with a little larger MAB in back then what i ran this past week. I do have a 3.5 X into 3" mufflers and tails, could be why it likes jet possibly, least this time i am taking the power valve out of the equation, as far as the trans i run a cheetah manual valve body and it shifts the minute i slide the lever.
