So first we need to know what do you plan to run E85 in, ie, what engine combo? :-k

What ken said. Once we know that we can work on a setup for you. There will be some changes to boosters, pins, main wells, air bleeds, needle and seat, etc.

The booster banjo's need to be opened up, metering blocks need some serious drilling or you can use 4150 methanol blocks, and some small calibration differences in the emulsion and idle circuits. Of course larger jets as well.

Not cheep to do the swap but you will have a smile on your face every time you fill that 5 gallon can up and walk away with change from that 20 dollar bill you gave the attendant =; I know I do ;-) ...

For me it has. Have you heard of anyone having issues with E85 on nitrous?

nope mine is fine ...seems the nx tune only needs a fuel psi raise to run it as they are pig rich on gas
isnt that 1050 dom alittle big for your set up at 500h/p
converting a old 750-850 based carb over will be cheaper and alot easier to tune
