I'll send the Aeromotive back to them for a rebuild and add it to my parts collection.

You do realize that they sell parts for these things, right? About the only thing to go bad in them is the diaphragm. :-k

Thanks Ken :-$ . Yes, I'd just prefer to have parts from the same manufacturer and I've always had this mismatch between pump and regulator. The Aeromotive pump is in my buddy Tom's altered with an old Barry grant 2 port regulator. I'm sure we'll have the aeromotive reg. rebuilt and put it on the altered. (and, yes, if your counting, he does have a few race cars - 4 to be exact, so lots of spare parts are always needed =; )

Actually I was suggesting that you get the diaphragm and install it yourself instead of paying 2 way shipping and someone else's labor.

As I said in my other post, the only thing that usually goes bad in them is the diaphragm. Check with Summit cuz I do believe they have rebuild kits for them.

My buddy Ant has a BG 2 port regulator and think he will sell it if you need one...

Thanks Barry - I think the BG regulator still works ok - I was just suggesting we'd take it off to match the Aeromotive pump and regulator.
