My pro systems 4150 had them but my 4500 hp does'nt do I need them ?

Holes in the butterflies are usually there as a bandaid to fix a throttle blade position issue with the transfer slots, ie, to close them off some. If your HP Dominator is working "normally" at idle and part throttle you don't need to fix it.
