Hey Guys I got to make 3 runs tonight. I didn't get to the track until 8:30pm because it took forever to get it finished up. The track and my tires were not getting along...
Best 60' I had was a 1.34 and it was spinning alot thru the run. Best of the 3 was a 6.26@107.5 but it gained 35° of water temp. and only used maybe 1/2 a gallon of fuel..
The final pass it was lean enough up top to form a miss during the run.
There is alot more left it seems..
6.28 @108 1.36 60'
6.26 @107 1.34 60'
6.28@107 1.34 60'

The EGT gauge read 1183 I (max Temp) think we leaned it up it read 1163
I do not trust the EGT gauge..

Good to hear you got it back and running. \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ As the tracks get better and you start tuning it will get better. What track did you go to?

I tested at Hardinsburg at the end of their outlaw night...
Seen Shawn Preston there...with the black mustang..did not talk to him though I was pretty busy.

Shawn and family was in BG last Saturday. I talked to them for a while. I asked Shawn if it was as bad as it looked? He said some people Talk to much about stuff they don't know. :- . Adam had a new car with the old motor. Adam is looking forward to running LSX schedule this year with the NMCA and the LS Fest. They limited the class to 8.50's. Not an index but with the pill they can run and the rules it is around the 8.50 range. Sue took video of it. He got the front end up pretty good and and when it came down it blew the front tire and put a hole in the fender right above the tire. They went back home and got another tire and by the time they got it back together the track was gone and couldn't hold the power.
