Hey Guys, I got a deal on a block. It is a Dart Little M with Billet caps.
The only downfall is it has been block filled to the water pump holes. I don't see any problems since I will be running alcohol. Opinions? How many people fill their blocks?

I have always filled factory blocks, but there is no need to fill an aftermarket block. But it shouldn't hurt anything with it filled. They cool just as good as non-filled blocks and I've seen some cool better filled. Run it.

It also help's when a block is over bored alot and the walls get thin as this helps keep them true when bored out. Hope this helps. You should have no problem with it Jody, it just weighs a little more now that's all. ;-)
