Hey guys, all my tools from college are coming home tomorrowand im gonna put the compression gauge on my red truck, does anyone know of a formula or something that i can do to figure out my compression ratio from getting the compression readings of each cylinder?

You can not figure out your compression ratio from your cranking cylinder pressure. the cams timing events play into that.

For instance, my wifes old bone stock 94 Grand Am had a static ratio of approx. 9-1 but made 205 psi cranking.

An old 357 SBC w/ 14-1 made 240 psi w/ the cam advanced 4* and 280 psi advanced 8*

My 511 BBC w/ 13.55 -1 I had last year made 160 psi cranking.

In order to figure out your true C/R you need to know engine CID, Cylinder Head Chamber Volume and Cylinder Volume w/ piston at TDC

That should've said " cylinder volume " not Engine CID .....
