Curtis,Rick,Rodger or anyone else with some input:Brodix dominator intake for BBC. What needs to be done to this manfold to make it better? Does it need to be mated to a set of heads to properly flow test it or can it be done without the heads?? :-k :-kThanks Barry

Hey Barry,

How ya been? I'm sure Curtis can tell ya what needs to be done and he did tell me it can be fixed. I had already bought my Super Victor so I didn't have anything done to my Brodix HV2001. What I can tell ya though that stock out of the box mine ran waaaaay rich on the four corner cylinders. My SuperVic was touched by Curtis but it is balanced on all eight. My advice is to make sure you have someone massage it before you use one.

George

Barry,

Yup, been very very busy, ..

There's a few things that need to be done to that manifold, ..
but it's rare that I can get the EGT's completely even on one, ..
but it can get close. Most of what you see is actually cause by the
heads, .. there's a good & bad intake port.

What I do it work the divider and the top of the entry to the runners
to try to even out egt's, ..

Send it down and I'll fix it up for you, ..

OK, .. Back to work for me, ..

Curtis
