two words HOT and HUMID!!!

Jake did great while we were in between rain. We put a QF 850 on in Joliet and we are still figuring it out. I think I have hot weather figured out. :-

First T&T in 2968 DA 138 Water Grains RT was .072 1.613 60', 11.09 @ 120.65 (we are 11.00 index).

T&T 2 3001 DA, WG 136, .030 RT, 1.567 60', 11.021 @ 120.65 O:) I dropped 4 jet sizes front and back. from 74/82 to 70/78 and the MAB at 36.

1st qual, same set up. 3044 DA WG 132, .027 RT, 1.569 60', 11.051 @ 120.97

Qual 2 next morning. You know what Ken says, Keep changing jets 2 numbers until it slows down. So I lowered it to 68/76. 11:30 am 2975 DA, WG 144, .023 RT, 1.590 60' 11.138 @ 119.05 #-o

Qual 3 after the rain came through. 6:30 PM I put the jets back in and lowered the MAB to 34 and 1/2 tank of fuel. We have been running 1/4 so it added about 2.5 gal. 2212 DA, WG125, .101 RT, 1.589 60' 11.032 @ 120.97.

They moved 1st round eliminations to Sat night. We dropped the fuel back to 1/4. 8 pm 2185 DA, .027 RT, 1.583 60' 11.064 @ 115.09. He got out of it about the 1000' mark. The other guy had a .103 light.

Sunday Morning. They are starting early. I studied the runs and decided to raise the MAB back to 36. 8:56 am 2192 DA, WG 124, -.004 RT [-( , 1.554 60', 10.985 @ 120.97.

I kind of think with his good reaction times and the car leaving as good as it did resulted in the red light. Thoughts comments? We are going to Milan MI on the 24th and the weather will be better by a lot. Any suggestions?
