Got a new style scoop for the dragster from a vendor on Fleabay today. Price was right at $175 SHIPPED from Canada. Here's a link to another one he as listed like the one I bought.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dragster-Scoop- ... 2c628de2b5

I chose this style as it's got more vertical room over the rear carb to allow me to put a second tall K&N filter on that back carb.

And a note here, this is a REALLY good looking piece!! The workmanship is second to none and it was packaged in a way to ensure that no damage would be done by those gorilla's that work for Fed EX and UPS! All it will need before painting is a primer coat, NO sanding at all!! \:D/

If you'd like to contact him outside of Fleabay, his Email address is FASTandFurious at email dot com, not to be confused with the Justice Department's botched gun runner fiasco that resulted in the death of a US border control agent! O:)

Finally reworked the scoop tray today and mounted that new scoop. One more piece of the puzzle in place. \:D/

I like the lab top =; =; The scoop looks trick!!! But I would close the lid on the lab-top before you make a pass as with it open it may slow you down \:D/

I like the look of the older scoop....but if it works better for you go with it. The new one looks like it may flow a little more air as well.
