Back a couple of years ago we had the Camaro at Roxboro and it was wanting to move right at the hit. I didn't want to mess with the 4 link cuz I believed it was a track problem so I had PB put a couple of lbs of air in the left front and a half pound in the right rear. He looked at me with one of "them" looks but did it anyway and she went straight as an arrow next pass. ;-) Later we had a discussion about tire pressure. ;-)

Studebaker with me in it was 3459lbs at Virginia Motorsports Park (NHRA scales) back around 1996 or so.

That Studebaker has 1860lbs of that weight on the rear tires. O:) Wheelbase was shortened up 10 inches to 110" and the engine is set back 10 inches also. That thing should have been deadly consistent and hook in a mud hole but it didn't. Maybe some day I'll get serious with it again with my own carb tuning? :-k
