Hey everyone, i was just wondering what everyones music preferances were, mine is basically ALL country, and a little bit of the other stuff (not even sure of genre name) but my main choice is definitly country, of any type on the radio

isnt that similar to country, but with more of a jazz beat/style to it

yeah, i listen to country in mytrucks, but i can also listen and tolorate most of my friends music pref. which seems to be rap and stuff i dont know, so i can tolorate a lot whether i like it or not, but my music forte is definitly country

If'n ya like country ya MIGHT like bluegrass but not necessarily. Big diff. Most country has drums and no banjo. Bluegrass uses a mandolin for the drum and always has a banjo. Typical bluegrass band is banjo, guitar, mandolin, fiddle, and bass.

Check out Ricky Skaggs Bluegrass Rules CD. Then there is the old timey bluegrass. Like Reno and Smiley. You'll just have to try it out. Probably one of the best pickers is Tony Rice. Check out ANY of his CDs.

yah, the rap i cannot listen too. country,rock, most heavy metal,the bluegrass i can listen too, and believe it or not some hip hop but when it tips to the rap side of things i pull the plug.
