Post subject:  Hi from australia

good afternoon (or should that be good morning?)

new guy here from australia, ive been reading the forum for a while and figured it was time i opened an account.

Im probably not that helpful, dont own a fast car and dont work in the racing business (and thats overselling my usefulness) so when i ask the dumb questions feel free to heckle me as long as you teach me something to go with it but ill mostly shut up, read and try to learn something from the guys who know a bit!

thanks

im trying to piece together a single turbo v8 for a street car but its a looooong and slow process and trying to spend the same dollar 3 times while feeling like i got 1 dollars value out of 3 makes it hard =;

I mostly like to read and furrow my brow while trying to understand the awesome tech imparted by some of the smartest guys in the business to try and keep the enthusiasm up while exactly nothing happens on the build.

Hey holdenguy, welcome again.

I seriously doubt that you'll ever see any "heckling" here. I've found that as soon as you refer to someone as an idiot or dumbass you loose any and all credibility in their eyes and you won't be able to teach them squat! ;-)

As Barry said, there are no dumb questions, but in all honesty, you "may" get a dumb answer now and then though. =;

Welcome Holden Guy, where abouts are you from?
A dumb question is one that isn't asked!
Cheers Colin.
