Welcome to the board...........again! ;-)

That's a nice looking Camaro but that strut front end will make the stance much better not to mention taking weight off as well. That and a glass front end might get you some high 8s without any engine work! ;-)

IMHO the term "Street Car" is relative! What that means is; how much inconvenience are you willing to put up with in order to drive that car down the street. There's some people that will put of with a lot, and others not so much. =;

FYI I've got a full chassis all steel NA SBC powered 3500lb 55 Studebaker "old school" Pro Streeter I built back in the early 1990s that ran 10 os at 134 at Rockingham Super Chevy in 1999 and was street driven on methanol quite a bit. \:D/ That engine also runs on pump gas and the car has over 6,000 miles of street driving on it but I wouldn't want to take a 40 or 50 mile trip with it. ;-)

Ya know, I was wondering back some time ago whether a dragster could be made "street legal" or not? Something to think about, hey! O:)

4 gallon fuel cell and on methanol would kinda make for short trips though. Very quick trips, but short just the same! \:D/

Seems like there was a street legal dragster in San Antonio back in the late 60's early 70's. I never saw it just heard people talk about it. Basically licensed it like you would a dune buggy.
