Well I fired it up in the driveway this afternoon and it has a hole different sound ;-) ..It did take some time to get it up to temperature and had to play with it some to get it to idle. I also got it up to 170 and came up on the converter and was clean and quiet crisp oh and never turned the fans on \:D/ ..I changed a couple things as it won't idle in gear as it's way lean and will try it at the track tomorrow..
Any suggestions anyone?????
Till then.......... =;

Methanol engines have a different sound from gas also. Wish you luck tomorrow and that she comes home in one piece! ;-)

And yes, I did scrap the trip to Roxboro for tomorrow. Too damn hot to race!

Sitting here now on my race laptop as the power went off from a LARGE storm that is passing through. It's been off now for over an hour so I guess that will take them a day or two to get back up?? :-
