Rick, mine is aluminum as well, so I'll find out myself. The only passages I broke through the anodizing is the mainwell exit channels and threaded where I relocated the idle feed down to the bottom. I think moisture is the killer, on mine I am adding Klotz top oil to battle corrosion. Not sure what Mark sees on his, he is using Pro Comp metering blocks as they are cheap, and drills all the passages to his specs. I probably need to check it out anyway, I can find out what a builders kit would cost from BLP with the few changes I would want.

That 750 Dominator will be a fine carb to try, just has to travel a LOOOONNNGGG way to get here.... =;

i have a very good 80186 carb for Rick,however at some stage i have taken the metering blocks off and stored them with lots of others.
Can anyone tell me the numbers that they would have on the top of them so i can match them up to send him a complete unmolestered carb?
Cheers..

I don't know what blocks they should be. My Holley listing doesn't show metering block numbers.

The one on ebay has a reserve higher than my bid. Let me know when or if you find the blocks for yours.

How long would it take to come from Australia?

Rick
