Post subject:  My rides

This is my 68 Charger that I bought when I was 19. I have owned it now for 27 years and it has been a slow progress to where it is now. I am just having a blast driving and racing it now. I am not worried about it being perfectly restored...it is just too fun racing it. Only downside is that I am hooked and searcing for every horsepower I can find, while still keeping it very driveable.

Hope you like it.

This is my other Charger that I am building into a Dragstrip only car. I backhalved it and still have a ton more to do.

I wanted a Charger back about that time. A friend of mine had one and another friend had an R/T. I spent a lot of time in those 2 cars. What a great time to be a hot rodder.
Dont know why I wanted one as I was and still am a Chevy guy.

thanks...and while I do try to keep the garage as clean as I can, it is a functioning shop for me and I am not afraid to actually work in there. Function and productivity first, appearance second. Now I just have to get my butt in there and continue working on it.

I know Beretta :) . Actually, it is just 2 part Epoxy paint. 2 coats, with no clearcoat over it, so it is shiny, but not so glossy and not super slippery if it gets wet.

Before you do it, there is a proper prep procedure to ensure that it lasts, and it is amazing how durable it has been. Well worth the work and cost. My floor space in my garage is just about 600 sq t. and the cost was about 200 with all prep materials and paint.

good luck, and if you would like to know more about it, I would be happy to expand.
