This is a 68 corvette that belongs to a customer from Denmark.
I built him a 427 small block for it, 10.0:1 , 230@.050 hyd roller. The car is 3200lbs and runs 10.70's on motor....

Now I KNOW he doesn't have that "tinker toy" rear end setup under that thing?

I know your not going to believe this Ken but it still has the factory style rear in it... It's all been up-dated with tom's parts. 12 bolt center section, it has like 3" diameter half shafts and the 1350 u joint's and so -on....

That picture is from a race track in sweeden..

Toms made them rear bullet proof. Friends 70 Vette runs 10.30's @ 133 w/ the IRS set up.

That is a good looking car and you sure got it to run great for a 10-1 CR and Hy. roller

Tom's parts? I'll need to know how to find that stuff. I have a friend that is building a B&M blower engine for his 74 and is in need of some strong stuff. What tire is on that car? I'd really like to know everthing about that rear end setup.

look here for the parts.

http://www.tomsdifferentials.com/

He got the parts throught another shop and i did not have my hands in it. I think it did take a long time to get the center section. I am not sure if it was a parts issue or if it was because he had tom's set it up..

The car runs a 275-60 mt drag radial...If my memory serves the car 60 foots a high forty....
