Hey Guys,
I havent shared my car over here before here is what the car is. I purchased this car last year its a 2002 Danny Nelson car that I had Diamond Race Cars backhalf & front half with suspensions. It has a 582bbc from Nye's Automotive. Average 948 HP 814.39TQ Peak 964.5 HP @7200 819.6 TQ @ 5300 Rpms. Rons Terminator from Killer James. Coan spragless convertor 9" 6600 Stall. New Hoosier 33.5x17 co6's 4:10 gear. The car turned out very nice and want to thank the people who helped me get it going this year.

Now what do you guys think its going to run ??
Weigh today was 1920 with driver in full race trim. Launch 4600 Shift 7200.
I hope to go racing April 18th if weather is good  =;  =D>

thanks again guys

Went testing last night
16mph head wind (yes 16mph) 2550ft DA

1st L 2nd L 3rd *R 4th L

60- 1.094 1.095 1.102 1.089

330- 3.140 3.137 3.146 3.132

1/8- 4.869 4.859 4.880 4.854

MPH- 141.77 142.42 141.73 142.31

1000 6.359

1/4 7.648

MPH 173.11

I plan on going again tomorrow to test
I think convertor is a bit off shifted @ 7200 fall back was 6250, 1/8th rpm 6500 1/4 7050 rpms, which is a bit more fall back then I want and not enough rpm at the stripe. I am going to put my spare convertor in there and try it.

Plus side is that I had no problems at all, the car was deadly to the 1/8th for a tt wed night. The front suspension is awesome to say the least !! The new muncie dragway was very smooth !!

I think it needs a few more bars around the driveshaft. =;
J/K Very cool and clean car. Diamond makes a very nice dragster.
