Hey Royz, I like it if you like it. Your the one you have to please. There are things that you will eventually change, You pointed out some of them. There are things I like. I like the tilt front, it makes it so easy to work on. I like the front suspension and rack. If rules allow I may have trimmed the front spring pockets down to a 2 by 4 square tube with a down tube from cage. What I really like is you did it. This is first draft of an evolving car. I did see one thing you may want to drop the rear a bunch from the pics or have a lot of rebound stroke on your rear shocks. What you have now may have enough anti squat to run out of stroke and unload the rear. Let us see some finished pics.

Hi Dennis
its a lot lower now than in those early pix as that was when i had first installed the 9", with the rear set up now I have nearly 6" of extension and 3 1/2" of rebound on the shocks
your right about it evolving and I am hoping that this year I can get enough track time to make any adjustments to get to my goal
Royz

I use to show the Studebaker, kinda, at the local cruise in's and occasionally at shows at the local malls and such.  About every other time I took that car out someone would come by telling me how they would have done it differently?  My answer was always that “I built it the way I wanted it and if you don’t like it then that’s fine with me because it looks the way I wanted it to look when I finished it!”  “If you want one that looks different, build it!”  That would shut them up pretty quick.

What you do has to make YOU happy, not other ppl!!  Do it the way you want and don’t be concerned about what others think!  It's called individualism and it's what this sport and our great country are all about!
