Thanks a bunch guys!!! It took a loooooooong time to gather all the goodies..Slow72, I feel stupid but I don't know your name, actually I need to learn almost everyone's name, the car might be done this year, the motor in the pic is for it, but it's a looong way from being finished. We still need to do the tin work and order the 'glass nose & doors, then of course body & paint, and different rims & tires...$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ All donations will be welcome!!hehehe

Corey, We've run 10.10 131.56 with the 383 in the nova and with the 406 it's been 6.32 in the 1/8 but we've spent all our time slowing it down to run the 10.60 Index, so I don't know what it'll run all out in the 1/4. Now that we have a little break we might go up to Bakersfield to see how good it'll run. As for the new car we gonna have to run 8.60' to 8.50's to be competitive, that's a tall order for that little small block in the pic Jerry posted. That new motor will be 426 ci with those heavily worked SB2.2 heads, thank you Darin Morgan!!!! As you can see in the pic the car was built so we can use a 17x33" tire but when we run Hot street we will be running 13.5x31 ET street or 29.5x10.5 slick , ..Hot street is a class where there are no power adders allowed, and we will have to weigh around 3100 lbs, barring any more changes to the rules.

I screwed up again, it'll have to weigh around 2800-2900...much better! Now,,can I get it that light?? :-k
